I was hoping this would be awesome! I’ve been working with my preteens on learning life’s simple skills. Ex: maintaining the laundry. Was hoping this system could eliminate the over use of laundry product. After a week there was disastrous drainage and build up. When I emptied it to clean it out and make sure all of the boys and pieces were properly placed an oozing bio hazard looking substance leaked from the bottom. 😱 right into the trash it went.

It’s not a horrible product, just some annoying features.. it leaks fabric softener constantly no matter which side I pour it in. It dispenses detergent VERY slowly. When you get down to about an inch of detergent left in the container, it won’t dispense anymore so you have to either refill it or pour it out of the container. Wouldn’t be too much of a problem if you kept it full regularly, but if not, there’s no way to get that last inch out if you’ve got a container full of fabric softener. Overall, I’d say probably not a product I would buy. If I were to recommend it to anyone I’d be sure to let them know the issues with the dispenser first because it’s kind of a waste of money.

I had this item for a few weeks and was so excited to have organization in my laundry area. Although it looked nice at first, the rollers that make it spin started to rust, the detergents were leaking from the bottom and then they all started mixing together. Not only did I waste $30 on the dispenser but I had to throw away $30 worth of laundry soap and softener.

I love this product but it leaks between the stand and the liquid containers. Dispensing is also very slow. Would be awesome if it would automatically stop dispensing at small, medium and large loads measurements.

I like the dispenser but when I opened it there’s missing washers so I will have to go find washers before I can use it.

I’m disappointed that this product doesn’t work.Pros: Great concept and very easy to assemble.Cons: Product leaks even with washers for the inside and outside of the liquid dispenser.I am returning and requesting a refund because it ruined two of my towels as a result of the bleach leaking. Again, just disappointed because I love the concept. Opting to go with the pumps instead.
