This was a bit disappointing
I love sage honey- it's easily my favorite honey. Maybe it's the purple sage versus green, but this just didn't have the rich, butterscotchy (is that a word?) flavor that I'm used to with the sage variety. It's really more of a clover taste to me. Maybe I got an off batch?

Thick and full of flavor
I purchased this because I heard using honey from a local area can help with allergy outbreaks when you're in that area.. it seemed to help greatly on my vacation.. and the taste is great..so its a win

Great for bread baking
I have been baking bread with this. it does not retain a strong honey flavor so it lets my wheat grains flavor come through well
