Works great! It attaches by little metal snaps that are rock solid secure! Easy to put on & remove. They do add some weight and makes your battery work a little more, but its worth it for testing attachments and messing around inside. Trying to balance my pontoon attachment has been a nightmare & these guards have saved, at least, three sets of blades already. Definitely worth the money!

Perfect for my DJI Mini 3 drone. Protects the blades & it’s stable. The only pain in the ass is storing them since they don’t fold or anything. Definitely a neutral on the storage. Other than that 5 stars.

While the propeller guard undeniably offers valuable functionality, I must admit that its size and bulkiness have left me feeling somewhat conflicted. Firstly, it is important to acknowledge the purpose of the propeller guard. Its primary function is to provide an additional layer of protection to the propellers, reducing the risk of damage during flights. In this regard, the propeller guard excels. The guard's robust construction and comprehensive 360° coverage instill a sense of security, particularly when flying in confined spaces or close to obstacles. Especially since it did hit tree branches when the drone automatically flew up when the battery got low. So, it would effectively prevents accidental contact with walls, branches, or other objects, which can save both the propellers and the drone from potential harm. However, the issue lies in the trade-off between protection and portability. The propeller guard adds a noticeable amount of bulk to the otherwise sleek and compact DJI Mini 3 Pro. While the drone itself is designed to be lightweight and easily transportable, the propeller guard somewhat undermines this key feature. The added weight and increased dimensions make it less convenient to carry and transport, which can be a drawback for users who prioritize portability and agility. Another consideration is the impact on flight performance. The increased weight of the propeller guard can potentially affect the drone's maneuverability, resulting in reduced battery life and slightly compromised responsiveness. Although the difference is not significant, it is worth noting for those who value the drone's nimbleness during flight. Ultimately, whether or not the propeller guard is a worthwhile addition depends on the individual's specific needs and preferences. And wouldn't have bothered to purchase in hindsight. I'd most likely have put the money toward an extra battery.

I'm a relatively new Mini 3 pro pilot and attempting relatively risky flights in proximity to objects. I found the Guard easy to install and did a test flight including purposed collisions with walls and obstructions. In these cases the Guard performed it's intended function quite nicely. I bounced off the walls with no loss of control or damage. Great for indoor or proximity flying, well made, and a good value for the price in my opinion. It falls a little short of my wish for it in several ways. The 80 grams of added weight does affect the stability of the drone, producing more video wobble that I like and making the drone more sensitive to wind disturbance. In addition the battery life is reduced although I didn't measure this. It is very robust and I would have sacrificed robustness for less performance degradation. I would have paid more for the same unit in a lighter material. Finally as others have mentioned the portability of the drone is reduced, but that is expected. In general, I am happy I bought it and will use it when collision risk seems high, but not for everyday flying.

Bought an off brand but was only 180 degree protection, then I crashed my drone and had to replace 4 propellers. So I bought this one. I should have just bought it first. Pretty sure my decision was due to quick shipping but I should have just ordered this first and waited. They look great and will protect the propellers all the way around. But reminder that any accessories will cause you to have to register your drone.

The design is put together well and does what it says it’s going to do, however as others have mentioned does affect flight agility SLIGHTLY. Fits perfect, authentic DJI product, good value for the money.

Personally I like the guards a lot when fly indoor or at short fly among tree trunks. Only complain that it adds payload to your drone and make your drone dimension much bigger. Battery seems drains faster too. Sturdy feel with kind of abs plastic. Such bargain with open box in great condition.
