Wil this stiffen a saggy canvas print if painted on back of canvas

It will stiffen it as it is. It will not tighten the canvas if it is saggy due to not being stretched enough.

would this stiffen cotton fabric to form it into a shape ? Like a bowl of something?

I used it to stiffen handmade bobbin lace into a mask for a masked ball - it worked really well. I would cover the bowl in cling film, then lay your fabric over and coat it, then leave to dry.

Can this stiffen satin ribbon & leave no marks when dry?

Sorry don’t know. I used it to stiffen lace and it worked well.
