I bought these for snowboarding and they fit well as long as you read the size chart. I normally wear large boxer briefs but needed xxl in these? They definitely need improvement on the inner stitches near the front mesh. It's very abrasive on the skin. So unless you're wearing a base layer under them,you'll find them very uncomfortable and itchy wear the mesh is sewed in. It's not a problem for me because a do wear a spandex base layer. Besides that they appair to be well made and great for the price

I recently ordered and e-scooter and after a bit too much confidence fell on my hip when I tried to hop on a curb. My hip was so sore for about a week or more. When I saw these advertised, I wasn't sure if they would fit well, be comfortable or be too bulky. The next time I went on my scooter, I wore these under my jeans. They were very comfortable and didnt appear to be too bulky. It was also a hot day and they didn't seem to be uncomfortably hot under my jeans. It didn't test a fall, but now have a little bit more confidence while wearing these and might purchase another pair.

Used this for snowboarding, and it helped whenever I collided with the slopes. Especially on those horrible snow days where the mountains were covered in thick ice or exposed rocks and trees… the padded shorts helped.Gave 4/5 because the fit is not accurate. I had to order up two sizes to get my size after reading other reviews. Fits well with the adjustment!

I play Pickelball daily. I fell hard on my hip and was very fortunate with a week rest I recovered. I felt I needed some sort of support and these did the trick. Comfortable, supportive to areas at risk and adjustable.I'm a 32 waiste, purchased XXL and the fit is perfect. Also be sure only hand wash and air dry.Highly recommend this product!

Took snowboarding lessons for first time today. For reference: female, 130lbs, 5’ 2”I really wanted to love these but I think they’re just okay. I’m on the hunt for something better still. Did they keep my bum warm and save me on a lot of falls? Sure did. Am I glad I had them? Yes. Did they do their job? Definitely.Cons are it’s not a sweat wicking material and gets pretty hot. Ends up sweaty and sticky and then you’re cold after a few hours of learning. They’re also super bulky. I had to go up a full size in snow pants from small to medium. They also really aren’t designed for a woman’s body/hips. They felt too large around the waist and very constricting through the hips. The velcro waist wasn’t comfortable and on me (as a petite) it came up to my ribs which wasn’t the most comfortable.

Ended up returning these because they were the wrong kind but they were very nice quality.

Well, these crazy old timers (my husband and I) have decided to re-learn how to roller skate at the request of our youngest ankle biter. Our six-year-old granddaughter is a speed skater so she really wants to share the experience with us. Personally, I think she just wants to speed up her inheritance. So with some practice on the carpet we're getting better at taking a few wheeled steps in the kitchen. My husband, being the expert that he is, and I, not wishing to destroy his illusion, decided to let go of the cabinets and I swear his feet surpassed his height when he fell! To pass the time in the ER, I'm now looking for a padded vest for him! Hips are great, back not so much.

I fell on my butt during one of my snow trips to the mountains. Hurt my tailbone and thought this would help reduce the pain on my next trip. Put on the pants and tested it out and it did not help at all to reduce the pain that I was already in IF I fell again. Not recommended. It's HARD foam.

Overall a well made product that are lightweight and fitted well, although sizing is extremely small like they are made for hobbits or something?! As someone who usually fits M in US sizing I ordered the XXL which fitted well.Bought for snowboarding but ultimately returned them as the main area I usually fall on for downhill snowboarding is in between the butt pad and back leg pad so they wouldn't really offer any protection for what I needed them for.
