Impressive Focal entry level speakers
I replaced my MTX Terminator 6 with these Focal and I couldn't believe how much improvements they made. The MTX T6 are supposed to be pretty good entry level speakers and sure they sound a lot better compared to factory paper speakers, but the Focal produce way more vocal details, mid-bass is more solid and the mid and highs are much more refined. My system suddenly sound like something even better than Bose . For your information I m still using stock head unit with an external plug and play DSP amplifier in which I could mess around with the speakers' time alignment and EQ settings. Even without a sub I m very happy with most music playouts (Jazz, Ambient, easy listening pop, vocals, classical) as the sound coming out from these speakers is really rich, warm and full. It almost sound like as if I have a small 50W underseat sub installed. I was originally thinking about adding one but now I think I should be happy with the set up for a while.

Sounds amazing ….
If your going to put them in the rear of a 2000 dodge ram 2500, you will need to make the hole a bit bigger for them to fit !

Wow, what an upgrade
I will start by saying I'm no audiophile. All I can say is that my 2018 F150 had a much better factory sound system than these "upgraded" Pioneer TS-165P speakers that came in the 350z I bought, but not anymore. These speakers just barely fit in the doors and sound 3-4 times as good as these cheap upgrades they replaced. I am just running them off a seemingly budget double-din Pioneer head unit for now as well. I am finally happy with the sound in this car and only off 2 door speakers, I shut off the rears. if I had to say anything negative I would say that these speakers didn't fit into some standard size spacer rings I bought but I'd rather blame the spacers. I promise you these will be a killer upgrade if your sound quality sucks.

Premium quality
Very impressed by sound quality. Also bought the 4” with just my aftermarket head unit. I installed all 4 speakers in about 2 hours. I’m happy to have gone with focal in purchasing my car speakers.

Great Bass, Mids and Treble in 1 Speaker
I upgraded my factory speakers attached to a Pioneer NEX head unit with these Focal Auditors. I had tried to install another brand but they were too bulky and high to fit in my rear deck. These installed in 30 minutes and sound fantastic. Sure, a power amp would make them better but the Pioneer NEX has enough power to produce a full, clear sound. I am hearing audio details never heard before.

Awesome sound!
Sound quality is really good, especially for 6.5 speaker.. good bass, and clear crisp highs. Only problem I had was that they didn’t fit my 2017 Honda Accord, had to customize them to the bracket to make them seat properly in the housing.

Downgrade from factory
Paid more money for half the rubber, half the magnet, 1/4 the base vs the factory Infinity Reference series speakers. First and last time I listen to amateur reviews. Noticeably inferior speakers to what I had. Maybe others reviewing were comparing to 1980s Ford paper speakers?
