Epson Workforce Pro WF-3823 Wireless Color All-in-One Inkjet Printer

Was fully expecting to be raging against the machine as everyone knows they were probably talking about a printer most of the time, but I’m not mad at this one yet. I’ve been able to copy, scan, print from my phone on the app which once I updated has worked perfectly I didn’t even know that was an option when purchased but I’m happily surprised with it. Haven’t had a paper jam yet, and I’ve been putting both thick cardstock and paper thin regular stuff in it, so versatile in that respect. have probably done about 50 pictures printed so far and haven’t run out of ink so it’s been worth its money so far, I don’t think I’d have paid more than $85 for it but at this price it’s worth it. The noise level is what I expected, not super silent but also not deafening, and I do appreciate that it hasn’t decided to turn its self on or off randomly and make noises at 3am like my last one, so it’s not possessed yet. I’ve never met a printer I loved but this one isn’t making me mad yet.

I'm a teacher and use this almost every day. I had the epson eco tank in my classroom since last school year but I needed one that printed auto on both sides and faster too. I love it. Prints quickly, works great I havent had any connectivity issues at all. This is because I use the USB. The color quality is average (not a big deal for me. The size is great. It's compact but does a lot of what the big ones do. No paper jams so far either. Worth every $$$

Purchased this after my WF-3540 finally died. This is a disappointing step backwards in capability for the price. Printing is at best "fine". Getting good color matching / saturation has been a challenge but otherwise acceptable for general things like labels. Despite the confusing documentation (at the time of purchase), this does not do double-sided scanning. This makes using the ADF for multi-sided documents basically pointless. This will be my last Epson. UPDATE - Months have passed and I'm moving it from 2 to 1 star. The ink cartridges run out quickly and are expensive to replace. The ADF jams constantly on scan jobs. The paper pull from the main cassette pulls multiple pages at a time. On top of all that, when using this with a WiFi connection to your network only, the amount of times that it losses connectivity but thinks it is still connected is constant, and/or assigns itself a local IP address instead of getting one from DHCP results in having to cycle power to get it back working. Trash printer.

So far... I'm very happy with this workhorse of a printer... Sleek design, user friendly at a great price...

Mostly satisfied with this machine. The worst aspect is the automatic document feeder. I loaded 8 pages into it. These pages were of a good thickness and very flat. The feeder pulled in two pages at once, thus failing to scan one page. I can only imagine that performance will get worse when the machine is no longer brand new. The other issue is that the ink cartridges are extremely expensive. That's OK if you don't do a lot of printing. The printer itself is attractively priced. Other than that the first few days of ownership have been good. Installation onto my iMac went smoothly. Photo print quality is great. The printer is big and heavy, but it is packaged intelligently so that setting it up is painless. In particular, the inner package is a sturdy bag with hand holes. That helps a lot.

This printer works great. The print is clear and colors are accurate. There is a slight pause before it starts printing but, once it does, the pages come quickly. I cannot speak as to the ease of connecting to a laptop, as I am quite technology challenged, so my daughter handled that for me. She didn't have any issues doing so though, but she's good with those sorts of things. : )

Setup is easy, only takes a few minutes. Prints fast. Connects to Wi-Fi easily. Way better than my last printer!

I love having a reliable printer at home instead of having to go somewhere every time I need something printed. I use this printer regularly for printing, scanning and copying, and it has been dependable for my needs. One of the biggest reasons I switched to Epson from my HP printer was that I didn’t want to be tied to a monthly ink subscription. I like being able to purchase the ink when I need it instead of paying a monthly fee. Having a printer at home has been much more convenient for me, and so far I’ve been very happy with this one. It’s especially useful when I need to print something quickly rather than making a trip to a print shop.

Excelente produto, chegou certinho e bem embalado. Impressão colorido de excelente qualidade. Valeu a pena a compra. Minha mãe comprou para o escritório e atende muito bem pela quantidade de documentos que ela precisa sem nenhum problema até agora. Indico a compra. Mesmo sendo produto importado, foi entregue dentro do prazo estipulado.

Comprei e fiquei muito insastifeita, nao consegui devolver pous falam de retirar ou levar até a agência, mas pelo código a agência nao recebeu, os cartuchos com menos de 250 impressões acabaram, cartucho de no mínimo 400 pra acabar rápido nao compensa, nunca fiquei tao insatisfeita com uma compra, ta aqui sem eu saber o que fazer com o produto.

É rápida e eficaz mas para se obter um melhor custo benefício em relação a consumíveis e tintas deve se fazer um upgrade. Você sabe.
