No remotely water resistant/proof - DISASTER !
A great kitchen thermometer spectacularly let down by the exposed circuit board at the back. If it gets dropped in a washing up bowl, or liquid you are measuring or even just exposed to a steamy kitchen it will spend the next 24 hours drying out. REALLY REALLY poor design, why would you not make something like this waterproof or even a bit splashproof. DON'T BUY.
