Fast, Easy, and Cost-Effective Water Testing at Home.
This kit is a fantastic alternative to lab testing if you want fast and affordable insights into your water quality. It comes with a wide range of tests—including ones for bacteria, lead, hardness, and more—and everything is very straightforward to use right out of the box. Instructions are clear, and the visual indicators are easy to read. Best of all, results are nearly instant, which makes it incredibly convenient. For the price, it’s a great value considering how many tests are included. Whether you're checking tap water, well water, or even just curious about what’s coming out of your fridge filter, this kit gives you the tools to do it without the hassle of mailing anything in. Highly recommended for homeowners, renters, or anyone who wants a quick check on what they’re drinking.

Let's you know what you are drinking
I got this out of curiosity. The test instructions are easy to follow. There are 100 test strips divided into 5 sealed packets along with a vile to hold the water that is being tested. There also are two small containers with powder in them for testing for bacteria along with an instruction pamphlet. I haven't used the test for bacteria as of this time, but I have used the strips to test my tap water. The strips were mostly easy to read but I did get a bit confused with a few of the readings. One being the chlorine level reading. The color didn't come close to any in that line of readings. It was more bluish gray when all the colors in that line were in the orange/red colors. Not sure what that means. The Ph and alkaline were the other two. I thought that if one was low, it would mean the other would be higher. I'm going to have to read up on it since both show on the lower end. I did like that the colors that represent normal readings where underlined and marked ok. I'm not sure on the accuracy, but the readings are about what I would expect overall in city water output. Now that I have the test strips, I want to take them with me when visiting friends/family to see how it compares.

Comprehensive Water Testing
This 17-in-1 water test kit is easy to use for my home. The 100 strips test for lead, bacteria, hardness, and more, giving me peace of mind about my tap water. The results are quick and clear, and the bacteria tests are a great feature. The strips can be a bit small to handle, but it’s a thorough kit for water safety!

Water Test Kit
I tried it out for the first time today. I had no idea what I was doing so simply followed the directions, and it was super easy to test the water with the provided booklet. The results pop up quickly, and I was able to easily read the results with the provided color chart. It tells you within the chart if a value is within the "okay" range, which I appreciate. It comes with 100 test strips and two bacteria tests. Overall, I'm really happy with the product and the information it provided me.

There are better kits out there
Nice that it tests so many perimeters, however it's challenging because the results are only good for one minute. Means you have to read your results very quickly and have little time to take notes. All while trying to balance the strip against the round bottle where the guide is. Also, the test tube provided barely covers the strip--would be helpful if it was a little deeper. Unfortunately I could not say if these can accurately test water quality because all of mine were marked expired August 2024.

Decent Water Test Kit
Firstly, it’s important to note that our water test kit arrived expired – we ordered / received this item in March 2025; however, the box clearly states that it’s been expired since 08-04-2024. That said, we decided to still give it a go – and overall, found it be satisfactory. It comes with 100 test strips, 2 bacteria test bottles and 1 sample vial (along with an instructional booklet). It measures 16 parameters – such as pH, iron, copper, lead, chlorine, mercury, nitrate, nitrite, sulfate, zinc, fluoride, sodium chloride (to mention a few). As for the testing process itself – it was fairly easy (though a little messy). Essentially, we filled the sample vial with our test water, then dipped one of the test strips into the vial for about 2 seconds before lightly shaking off any excess water. Afterwards, we compared the test strip to the legend (color scale) on the side of the bottle, to see the degree to which our water had any contaminates, if any. In the end, we found our water to be very well-balanced and clean; however, due to the expiration of these strips, it’s hard to say if these results were, in fact, accurate. But overall, it was a great starting point for us to measure the quality of our water, and we’re happy to have tried it out.

Works well
Got this to test drinking water produced by a table top water filtering system. Results from two separate tests were in zero chart column except for chlorine showing "trace" only, which is about what I expected as few filters seem to remove 100% of chlorine that city water department puts in to kill bacteria. Assuming the test strips are accurate (they seem very well packaged to keep fresh) this is an effective testing mechanism.

Perhaps Jack of All Trades, But Is It Master of None?
Since I am not a research scientist that specializes in water research, I am unsure if this test really is accurate in determining the level of so many chemicals in my water. I can only say that it is relatively easy to use and perform a test. Overall, there is some dispute as to whether the test is accurate and specifically can test for so many particles in my drinking water. It is somewhat a value buy as there are much more expensive test strips out there for purchase for much more money than this set.
