Worked well, watch out to ensure good hygienic conditions and go slowly to avoid any over-pressure situations. Shouldn't be used unless your sure there no infection or other issues at play.

This product is easy to use, for my elderly mother we had initial small success ,after a week of no real wax appearing we had to find a qualified person that took a hour to extract large hard wax . she said even irrigation would not have removed it,only with a instrument as it was stuck to mums ear .

This is incredible! Every couple of years my ears get blocked and normally I'd use ear drops for a few days and when they don't work I'd end up making an appointment with the local nurse to have them syringed.This washer bottle has produced the same results at home. Filled the bottle with warm water, screwed the little nozzle onto the end and inserted the end just past the opening of my ear canal. I went slow at first but used more and more force as i got used to the feeling. I used a whole bottle of warm water on each ear and got an M&M size piece of wax plus some debris from each ear. I now have HD hearing. It's like someone has turned up the treble on the world. Everything is so much clearer now. I really recommend this if you have waxy or a blocked ear.

It works for sure but i would suggest making sure you use olive oil for a week prior to use.Not with cotton wool in your ear - just put olive oil in your ear and let it soak for a few days then wash out with the ear washer.Remember that gushing loads of water into your ears can be dangerous so please take care.

I have conductive hearing loss in right ear and my left got blocked with wax so couldent hear anything this unblock it and is amazing.use some ear softener first for a while then put very warm water in container not boiling and gently sqeeze trigger until all water gone and look in sink or bowl and youl see what it removes.its realy good

Nope. Nothing came out my ears as everyone is raving on about. Very gutted. Was expecting to see some aliens pop out and start a conversation. Maybe the rattling isn't in my ears and is screw loose further up in the head. ;-)I tried it on my kids as well. Same with them. Nothing came out.The bottle is okay. Very expensive for what you get though.Hopefully I was following the process correctly but be interesting to try it on someone else and see what happens.

If you watch you tube and some doctors using this it will make it easier to use. Drpaulthomasmd is good he also advises to snip off half of the bit that goes into your ear to make make it safer. We did this and it still worked brilliantly.

This elephant ear wax washer is the best one iv tryed, I have to go to the doctors twice a year to get my ears syringed so easy to use, I used a bottle of water on each ear and look what came out ( disgusting) I know I am so pleased with this item look it up on YouTube thats how I found it.
