I use everyday
I use them daily they stay in place for the most part and work well when new. They do stretch out after some time and I will be ordering a replacement set but I guess any material that you use every day will start to lose resistance and have to be replaced. Good value for the price.

Excellent addition to my personal Physio equipment collection.
These Therabands are perfect for use at home so that I am able to do extra rehab when I cannot make it to my Therapist for sessions after my accident. Have been helping me to make greater progress in my recovery.

Useless for sidestepping or monster walks
The 18" bands are OK for exercises requiring shorter stretches such as shoulder rotation but useless for hip or leg exercises with the bands around the thighs such as side-stepping or monster walking. If the band was cut and spread flat, the total un-stretched length is 36 inches.
