Works well, even with 19mm flanges. I know it’s sized for 21-23, but I couldn’t find a smaller cushion. It’s pretty tight to get into the 19s, but it does go in. I’ve tried them in my 21mm flanges too, and they are very easy to put them into the 21mm flanges. I wouldn’t try with any flange smaller than 19, I don’t think they will go in.

I was absolutely struggling with my Lansinoh pump because the smallest flange was still too big. Before giving birth, I honestly had no clue about flanges, nipple sizes, inserts, etc. My lactation consultant measured me and suggested I order an insert, so I did. This insert made pumping much easier and more enjoyable (well as enjoyable as possible).

I wish I could give these 5 stars. They are soft and work like they should. I have elastic nipples and these helped out when placed in my spectra flange. The only reason I didn’t give these 5 stars is that they did not stay in the flange. When I was done pumping and I’d remove the flange from my breast and the cushions would fall off. I wish they would get stuck like other cushions/inserts I’ve used in the past. Other than that these are great.

I got this for my elastic nipples and output. I don’t think it really increased my output dramatically but maybe like .5oz? But I will say that it I can barely feel it when I pump and it helps me have easier let downs! I got a size small and I use a size 21mm flange. And it sticks out a bit but still works great!

So I have elastic nipples and have been having a very hard time with pumping and finding my correct flange size. I wasbusing 24mm and the swelling and rubbing was causing some serious nipple pain. I tried this thinking it would help. Ok so, my nipple felt less sore AFTER pumping but the rubbing DURINGA was almost unbearable. I thought these were supposed to feel better than the hard plastic but not for me. Now mind you, I have come to the conclusion that I'm probably a smaller size than 24mm so that could be where the problem lies. However since this product is non returnable, I an not willing to spend the money to buy the smaller size when there's a chance it'll be the same. Might work for you if you truly know your size

After 3 kids my nipples are now much larger, making it very difficult to find pumping products for larger nipples as I am a 32 for my left breast and 30 for my right. I got the xl for 30-35 nipples after searching for weeks online for something that would fit because nobody seems to sell things for larger nipples. I was skeptical that this brand would actually work. However I started using these and they are great! They making pumping so much more comfortable with my spectra which makes me not dread pumping as much since I exclusively pump. They also help with my output of milk. Before I found these I was averaging 8-10oz per session now I’m averaging anywhere between 12-16oz per session. I also just recently tried these with my Elvie wearable pump because the biggest flange size Elvie offers is a 28 but I'm actually a 30 for my right nipple and 32 for my left. It was difficult for me to get more than 8 oz with the wearable pump before using this product and I had to pump double the amount of time, and it still would not empty my breasts. I decided to put these on the wearable pump just like I do with my hospital grade pump and wow the output increased to be closer to what I pump with my hospital grade spectra and less time pumping. Also great for elastic nipples!

I read all the reviews that said these feel like butter but for me they causing a horrible burning sensation when pumping. I used my normal pumps I always do with the same settings and the only difference were these inserts. They also came deformed and didn’t fit into the standard 24mm flange that comes with pumps. They just kept falling out.

I have other products with different sizes, however this seems to be smaller than what I have, not transparent but its doing the job and I don’t regret it.
