Poor Packaging
I am writing to raise a concern about a recent delivery I received today. I have ordered this percale/tissue paper box multiple times in the past and have always been satisfied with the quality.However, this time the product was not up to the expected standard. The packaging was in very poor condition, and the tissue paper box itself appeared yellowish and not fresh. This is quite disappointing, especially considering my previous positive experiences with this product.
