This is a very reasonably priced warmer for a good product. It holds the temperature and is great for self serve in my coffee bar.There is a lot more space than I anticipated.I recommend this product for a commercial setting.

We love it on counter of concession stand. Was a little time consuming to put together but was easy to do.

Looking to sell warm product. This is the item for you. Keeps all types of product warm throughout the day. Sandwiches, pastries, this is a great item. Highly recommend.

The glass door to this unit exploded within 48 hours of being installed. We requested new doors to be sent to us which were sent quickly however the new doors exploded within hours of being installed. Beware these units are NOT safe and are definitely not strong glass, the fact that they have a hammer showing that the glass is safe on their images is insane. To top it off, their support then asked how long we ran the unit and how hot we had the temperature, we had the unit for hours. Definitely stay away from this equipment and find something of better quality elsewhere

Purchased one of the warmers and it worked perfectly. 3 or 4 months later one of the doors shattered. I reached out to the company to see if I could purchase a replacement. They sent a replacement door free of charge. Exceeded my expectation.

This seems to be a great buy, however we were found missing several screws and a few other small pieces. It does take a while to put together. Be prepared for the plastic coating that you gave to take off of several parts haha. Overall the machine works well, but definitely had to finagle putting it together with the missing parts.
