Perfect replacement
I have illuminated HVAC controls in my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 again. The LED bulbs were an exact replacement for the original burned out bulbs. Installation was relatively simple. Total time invested maybe 1 hour total. The dash HVAC control panel is really only held in place by three (3) screws and some spring clips. A quick search on Youtube provides the information necessary to remove the control panel and replace the bulbs.

Reason there is a spare!
Needed 3x out of the 4x bulbs and one was only partially lighting up so popped in the extra and now everything works and looks great! Going to use these on the instrument cluster in the near future!

These are polarity sensitive
Not the easiest to install as their instructions don't mention anything about being polarity sensitive. Initially installed and they did not work. Then a tried providing 12 volts to them and found out they are polarity sensitive being an LED. Once I figured out what side need to the positive and then finding which side was positive in the AC control board they worked as expected and are supper bright. Will see how long they last. The units that I had the positive terminal had some text next to it and seemed to be that way for all four that I received.
