This is your all-in-one, one-stop shop, portable gym to keep you in shape but don’t have the space. The Multi-functional Fitness board is a solid platform that will workout all your major muscle groups and could be used anywhere from a studio apartment, office or an open beach. Assembly is easy and includes a helpful visual guide to ensure you are using the pieces properly. I personally like the versatility of this set and the stretch board and pulleys that replicate most every machine exercise available in the gym.This set does not replace the benefits of free weights; however, it will keep you in shape and help you stay toned.A few things to keep in mind:- The Shoulder exercises pictured that require the two pulleys and elastic ropes may not be suitable for shorter heights (you may have to adjust to using only one on each side).- I would have liked to see the fitness board lock or snap together which is does not.- The tension in the elastic ropes cannot be adjusted and may be too hard for individuals that don’t have prior strength or resistance training. I work out routinely and still found the tension tough with this set.Unique concept and useful, alternative, practical and portable gym that condenses down into a medium sized bag.Stay fit and hope you found my review helpful.
