A colleague at work recommended this bracelet to me so I bought one. It arrived same day, thankyou Prime, and I was presented with a beautiful heavy bracelet, too large for my arm.Now comes the fun bit......I've read the reviews on how hard, nigh on impossible, it is to open the clasp.Yes it's stiff, but I'm pleased about that because it's not going to come undone easily and fall off while wearing it. There is a knack to it and really it's much easier than trying to marry up a tiny ring link with a tiny spring loaded clasp behind your neck when putting on a necklace lol.I too bent the adjustment tool when I tried to use it the first time. This was because I was doing it wrong. I straighted out the pin extractor and this time read the instructions. Make sure the extraction pin is located inside the slight concave (tunnel) that the bracelet pin is located. Make sure the link is in line with the exit channel and turn slowly. If it dosent seem to be working check again that it's lined up properly. The pin, after a slight resistance, will give way and slide out. The tool is fit for purpose and those who left negative comments are just poor workmen who expect everything to be laid out on a plate for them. I removed two links and it fits perfectly.I'm yet to experience the healing qualities but it's only been one day, so I'll be sure to update this review in time.

Purchased for my husband its seems to be helping the only down fall is the tool to take links out has not worked and bent so it is too big for him.

Firstly it is LARGE and as others have said the tool for removal of the pins is poor. I had to pay a jeweller £5.00 to remove 6 links.The bracelet now fits well and despite having quite hairy arms doesn't pinch.Yet to be seen if it improves my arthritis but worth a go.

A piece of absolute rubbish. The tool doesn’t work to make the bracket smaller. Quality very poor and Amazon will not let me return it - disgraceful. Amazon need to let people know where items are made. This is the 3rd thing I have bought in the last year that is made in China and does not work. I am going to stop using Amazon

Good quality mens bracelet with copper and magnets.

The bracelet comes in a really large size & you will need to remove some of the lincs. The problem is the kit they give you to remove lincs isn't man enough for the job ! As other buyers have stated they had to buy another linc removal tool on line that will do the job !Looks good now though !

I bought this for my pentioner father, But! First, you need to use a Hammer to get the pins out for shortening the links! the catch keeps opening, hence the bracelet keeps falling off! and, it doesn't help AT ALL with artheritis! TOTAL waste of money!!

On the face of it, looks very well made you would be happy to wear this on your wrist. It’s to small for me so never had the chance to get any benefit from this bracelet. Received the product on time and packaged well no issues there. Not had the chance to send it back yet as I had a Stroke which has stopped me doing lots of things. Five stars ⭐️ for the look sorry cannot rate others.
