Can they stand on their own two feet without falling over and without being propped up or leaning against something?

They can. They are not the ones pictured though. They also do not have bendable joints. They are one color and are molded plastic just like the little flimsy army men figurines that little boys play with, except these are larger. I found the same exact toys in packs of 4 each at Dollar Tree for $1.00 a pack.

Are any of these guy not caucasian?

I would say that several are ambiguous. Two are fully covered with no exposed skin, and a third has a covered face but light skinned arms visible where sleeves are rolled up. Of the ten with exposed skin, no African-American figures but for several the level of detailing could be consistent with Caucasian, Hispanic, Asian, or other. It may be my imagination, but the face paint app seemed to suggest Asian on a couple to me. Blond muscle-guy seems to be the most unambiguously Caucasian. Otherwise there is room for your own interpretation.

Are these Legos comparable?

I am assuming you were asking if they were compatible? they have nothing to do with Legos :-) just fun little action figures. they were a great hit with grandsons!!
