Great looking and well designed
We replaced a seat in our kids shower and it was much better than the one we had.It looked like a hospital shower before.

Quickly drops
This seat looks very nice however if falls down fast and easy even when you don’t want it to. A slight bump and it falls. This could be improved. Going to have to find a way to keep this from happening

Hinge cover issue
This seat is very good and has held up well. My only issue is the plastic hinge covers have cracked. I’d like to replace them but cannot find any info on how to contact them and get new hinge covers. Can anyone help with this?
