Okay
I appreciate the attempt to make a nice sugar-free alternative, but I’d still much rather incur the downsides of having just sweetened matcha as opposed to sugar free sweetened matcha. This product is overall, a good matcha. It’s makes some really soothing drinks, and there’s a decent amount provided with good flavor. The stevia is better than some other options, but it definitely leaves behind an aftertaste that, in my opinion, affects the overall quality and pleasure of the drink. If someone is used to/doesn’t mind the aftertaste, then this is probably fine, but I was not a huge fan.

Easy to use sweet matcha powder
I drink a lot of afternoon tea but was getting a bit bored, so I decided to try mixing things up a bit and trying to make matcha. A couple months ago, I tried a plain matcha powder and really liked it so I ordered this sweet matcha powder to compare. This powder looked much like the other one though I think it's a little bit lighter green. Same fineness of powder. I made the warm latte following the instructions on the back of the bag using 2 teaspoons of powder in 1/4 cup hot water (200 F out of my kettle) and then mixed in one cup of warm whole milk (heated in the microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds). Beautiful smooth drink and very mild. Even though I stirred well, it got stronger as I went to the bottom of the cup so maybe I'll keep a spoon in it to stir more as I drink. I can be a bit sensitive to the taste of artificial sweeteners (they all taste bitter to me) and I did get a tiny bit of bitterness from this but my mind associated it with the green tea and not the sweeteners. I found this a really soothing drink and look forward to drinking more. Now I just have to get a frother to make it even better! Like another reviewer commented, even though I was very careful scooping out the powder, some got in the zipper bag and made it hard to close. If I transfer this to a jar, I'd still want the instructions nearby, so I'm not sure how I'll solve that problem short of saving the empty zipper bag.

Sugar Free Matcha Powder Mix
This is authentic, organic matcha from Korea, and it has clean ingredients. It is sugar free, and I love that it is made with erythritol and stevia instead of the, shall I say, less natural alternative sweeteners. This has directions to make matcha 3 ways; hot latte, iced, and blended ice. I tried it hot first. It was nice, smooth, and creamy. It kind of has a grassy taste, and enough sweetener that it brings out the flavor, but doesn't taste excessively sweet as some things with alternative sweeteners can. It doesn't even have that fake sweetener taste. I'm not going to say I love the flavor of the matcha itself, but it's not bad. I think it would be fun to try adding different flavors for some variety. I appreciate the smaller size of this matcha powder, it's nice to try a small size of something new in case you don't like it, then it won't be too much of a waste. Now, while I didn't love it, I think because of the health benefits, I could definitely see myself using the rest of this and getting more used to the grassy taste.

Strong sugar free after taste
I am very sensitive to the after taste that comes with sugar free/sugar alternatives and this was no exception. However, I understand that is my personal preference and not necessarily reflective of the product quality. I tried this matcha in the form of an iced latte. The green tea essence seemed to be good quality, but I could not get past the sugar free flavor. If you are a fan of sugar free products (i.e. zero sugar or diet sodas) and like matcha, this could be a great product for you.

Versatile matcha mix
I use this to make matcha drinks at home for my matcha-obsessed daughter. The mix is easy to use and can be used in a variety of applications- from simple hot or cold matcha lattes, to matcha frappes and boba drinks. It mixes easily in both the hot and cold recipes, and produces a strong matcha flavor. Although this is marketed as sweet matcha, I didn't find it to be sweet at all. If you enjoy a sweet matcha, I would advise adding your own sweetener. I am glad that this uses artificial sweeteners instead of real sugar, which keeps the calorie count down. Overall, this is a good matcha, but will be too bitter on its own for someone that is looking for a truly sweet matcha. With the addition of my favorite sweetener, this produces good matcha drinks.

Matcha Green Tea Latter powder – needs some delicate handling
This is a review of “Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder, 5.3oz [ Sweet Matcha for Lattes, Smoothies or Baking] Authentic Matcha from Boseong, Korea"This is a convenient form of preparing green tea latte in a sweetened form. This Korean product is an organic sweet tea powder with a premixed sweetener called stevia and Erithrytol. So it is sugar free, which is a good thing. The product itself is therefore a relatively low calorie offeringat 36 calories per drink. This sweet tea latte mix can be used to prepare either a hot latte or a cold version. Now let us talk about the results. I found the hot latte version to be a bit more difficult to prepare in order to eliminate the bitter after taste. After some trial and error I got acceptable results but the clue is to have warm milk and not hot milk as directed by the manufacturer. The cold latte was a bit more closer to a professional drink and was a lot more acceptable. I think the idea of a sugar free organic green tea mix powder is a laudable one. I do believe however that this concoction is only acceptable from a taste point of view therefore, I give this product a three star rating. If you are a diehard green tea fan, but can tolerate a variation in taste, then I would advise you to give this product a try and save some money from going to your local coffee shop.[As a vine reviewer, I am pledging not to be compensated or influenced by the vendor; I state my opinions based on my personal experience without any bias or pressure]

Grassy and bitter
This was not that good. I followed the directions on the package to make the latte with the ice and it was horrible. The powder didn’t stay uniformly mixed after blending so one sip would have more or less flavor/taste than the last one. It is a grassy taste with a bitter undertone. I’m using up the rest in a different smoothie recipe but wont be getting this one again.
