Molymod MMS-003: Organic Teacher 111 atom set

I work in a chemical manufacturing plant with a large number of chemists, unfortunately it's many years since I did chemistry so I sometimes find myself struggling to picture exactly what they are talking about. However armed with my trusty textbooks and my Molymod I can build the molecules they're talking about and find I understand things so much better. Building molecules is very easy and quite addictive. As others have said the one issue is that you run out of bits too soon but that doesn't detract from the enjoyment you can have and I can't wait for my granddaughter to grow up a bit so I can share this fun with her. It would be nice if you could order specific bits (and in bulk).

I bought this set for my wife's birthday, as she's massively into chemistry, so I'm definitely writing this from the reactions (heh) I got from her. She loves it, says it's really easy to use (she mentioned something about the bonds being easy to put together and take apart) and says there's more than enough 'bits' for her uses. I'll be saving up for a bigger set for next year, I've found my go-to birthday present now.

C'est bien la célèbre boite de modèles moléculaires (et non pas un livre comme on pourrait le penser vu le descriptif !). Le prix est le meilleur que j'ai trouvé sur le web. J'utilise cette boite comme modèle prof et j'ai les même pour mes élèves de lycée. J'ai acheté ma boite perso pour "jouer" chez moi. Les atomes d'azote sont à 4 tous ; il faut donc fixe une pièce supplémentaire pour matérialiser le doublé non liant. Pas simple à expliquer aux les personnes ne maitrisant pas la représentation de Lewis. La fabrication est correcte.

Un kit fabuloso para entender los mecanismos de reacciones orgánicas y por qué no, tener alguna que otra molécula montada en tu cuarto. Aunque el Kit es orgánico, se hechan en falta mas metales con mayor número de coordinación.

Zuerst der Hinweis, es ist kein Taschenbuch wie die Beschreibung insinuiert, sondern der erwartete Baukasten. Alles gut, schön wäre jedoch, wenn es in der großen Kister Sortiereinsätze gäbe. So fliegt alles durcheinander.

Un ottimo prodotto resistente e ben fatto. Comprato per passione e per comprendere la chimica organica e biochimica (anche un minimo di inorganica), in particolar modo le geometrie, stereochimica, ibridazioni, perfino le reazioni. Prodotto e marca consigliati a tutti gli appassionati di chimica e per chi la studia. La visualizzazione delle strutture delle molecole facilita lo studio, soprattutto per chi non ha grande immaginazione; rende tutto meno astratto! I difetti sono praticamente nulli. L' unica pecca può essere il fatto che lo strumento per staccare i legami condensati si consuma facilmente.
