Great supplier, excellent value
I have been taking these supplements for a few years and have foumd them helpful in supplementing a good, balanced diet. The supplier - Ultimate Health - have been providing consistently good value and prompt delivery. I would definitely re-order from them.

Caution.
This product is not safe if you suffer from any mood disorder or mental illness. It's only written in small letters on the box. The Brain Food capsules contain tmg, amongst others, that can disrupt conventional medicine or mood disorders. I've just stopped using the brain food, green capsules, after a nightmare week.
