I am delighted with this Carrier. It took me about 15 minutes to zip it together which is no big deal. It sort of reminds me of a Bento Box for Pets instead of Sushi. LOL.I also purchased this little Pink Micro-Fleece Blanket in Small to go with the Carrier and make it more comfortable. There is a Pad that comes with the Carrier that you attach with Velcro which is nice for easy cleaning but for utmost comfort you should really have a little Pillow or Blanket inside for your Pet.My Chihuahua is 5 1/2 lbs and loves to burrow and I have lined the inside of the Carrier with an old Cotton sweater of mine and the Pink Micro-Fleece Blanket on top. She has crawled inside and is happily snoring as I write this Review!The Carrier provides excellent Ventilation and the holes run over the top and down the back. These are perfect "Spy holes" for her and the solid Sides provide sheltered Privacy. This adorable carrier is a perfect size for my daughter's young cat. Because she's a young cat, she was less than thrilled about being put in the carrier. The top of the carrier has breathing holes and is made of foam rubber (I think). She bit one of the top holes and ripped it. One bit was all it took! it's still usable, but I was not happy that she was able to damage it so quickly and effortlessly. I wonder how long it will last. I hope she gets used to it and won't damage it any further, but like I said, she's young and doesn't like to be confined. Time will tell.

Was a little difficult putting together at first and was a lot bigger than I expected it to be. However it is very easy to clean and light weight. It also looked just like a picture, good quality, and I loved the paw print on the side.

This carrier is very neat and well organized. My sister ordered this for her new pup And is very happy with the order. However the insertable mat that come inside the carrier is rather very flat and thin. I get that the they wanted the dog to be supported in the carrier but the pad is just really too thin. It would be best to look for a nice insertable cushion If you do decide to buy this product to just give the dog a little softer cushion rather than a pad. Other than that the product is great.

Straight out of the box ( I ordered 2) it wreaked. Oddly enough, it was only the pink one. And it did not appear to be new. Their was no velcro to hold the bottom mat in place as pictured. The center vented section was a hot pink color,the rest was a normal pink color. It looks like a Frankenstein masterpiece. I thought I would be getting class, style and comfort for my cats. I was mistaken. Paws easily go through the ventilation holes.Only good thing I can say is that if you choose to collapse these down after use, they do fold down very thin. Will arrive all folded down. You'll get the headache of zipping them together through the chemical smell. Good luck if you choose to purchase.

I have to say I was a little bit disappointed came to me with the missing zipper so couldn't put it together had to send back other than that it was a great product I wish it wasn't ruined

Bought this for my aunt because she bought this real expensive dog she ended up not getting a dog and she uses it for a carrying case now LOL

This bag gets delivered in like 4 pieces that you need to put together. It took me a solid hour to put this thing together. I couldn't figure it out and there were no directions. If I'm gonna order a pet carrier then I expect it to be delivered to me already put together. I don't have time to be fiddling with it. Also it smells so bad! I had to leave this outside for a few days before I could put my pets in there. Please be aware.
