Easy Instalation.
Worked perfectly as advertised was able to install in in about 15 min and that included getting out the 2 tools needed. Great value and works just as good as original.

Bracket
The engineers never allow for edge difference or fasteners. Make the brackets larger so you can get a tool on the fasteners.

Won't Heat to 200 deg F
This element and its controller will only heat the smoker to just under 200 deg F, I checked it with multiple thermometers. The problem seems to be with the thermostat, at the highest setting the thermostat cycles on and off at about 190 degrees F. You can't smoke a pork shoulder that way. After 20 hours in the smoker I had finish it in the oven.
