WISD 2x Photography Daylight White E27 Lighting Lamp Bulbs 80W 5500k a Pair

...and massive!There are many of these type of photo bulbs available, many stating light output that is often misleading. However, these WISD ones measure up and genuinely seem to deliver the brightness they claim. After reading many reviews and some tests I opted for this make. I am not disappointed. They deliver a huge amount of good quality light and hopefully they will last well. So far I have probably used them for about eight sessions lasting several hours each time and they have performed well.One thing to be aware of is that when you receive them you are gonna be a bit surprised at their size! THEY ARE BIG. Therefore they need careful handling and you must ensure that they will fit your light shade or fitting. Actually they are standard around the E27 part and so will comfortable fit standard equipment... the size is more about the amount they project from the light fitting. Fortunately though they are not heavy and so I find them ideal for use in a couple of light stands that I have which have metal reflectors. Just take a little more care than usual when fitting them, and care too when moving them about on your stands/tripods etc.It's worth mentioning that they arrive in very well protected polystyrene 'blocks' — make sure you keep these blocks as they are the perfect storage for the delicate light bulbs.I great photographic tool, at a reasonable price... which deliver all the light that they claim to.

Tested these bulbs with a Lux meter, the reading for one bulb at 18" distance is around 5500 lumens. They are fairly big, the overall length is 11" with a diameter of 3". They don't weigh much at all, and once attached to a fixed E27 screw socket, there is no drooping caused by the bulbs weight (if placed horizontally). They do produce some heat but you can touch the glass spiral even after being on for an hour. They have decent sized ventilation slits and are totally silent in operation.I ordered mine through YOUCHENG which wasn't the cheapest seller, but had good reviews. Glad I did because they are excellent to deal with and even sent 2 free 20w corn bulbs with my order. I will be using this company in future.Perfect 10/10 for bulbs and seller

These bulbs are great for portrait work. Nice soft light, but powerful enough for the model or product to ensure an even glow.I originally had one of these bulbs with a very loose filament, still worked but have to be extremely careful when screwing into the bulb holder. The company are in the process of sending a replacment, free of charge, and no need for me to send back the loose bulb.For me, thats great news as I dont have to worry about packaging and posting back the faulty bulb. 10 out of 10 for customer service. I will be using these guys again.Highly recommended.

Very Good bulbs for a Good price..Fast delivery..Had problems with other bulbs not bright enough or too yellow..But these are just bang on..

These are brilliant lamps for the amateur photographer, they give off great light in and around 5500k which gives a good white balance on the camera. Delivery was excellent and a few days before the notified delivery time!

Brighter than I expected... they worked perfectly in the set up I had.
