FUBARBAR Cake Ring Cutter Mold Decorating Pastry Ring with Pusher 3 X 2 Inch Stainless Steel Assorted Shape (Round 6" to 12")

Difficult to keep the ring at the highest width. Wants to keep springing back to a smaller diameter. I had to tape it to keep it in place.

It is an interesting looking utensil. I thought that it was a cake cutter to help cut out perfect round circles but it turns out that it is actually something similar to a cake pan without the bottom
