Can you turn off the ring?

Can you set a Pause when programming numbers? My mom's nursing home requires dialing 9 before the number, but works only if there's a pause after 9

I don't believe it has that option.

Can you program the frequently called numbers if you have phone service through your cable company?

Joanne - Information is stored in permanent memory on the VTech SN1127. A power failure will not result in a loss of stored information; however, it may cause the phone to lose the current date and time setting. A power surge, however, may cause memory loss. Thank you!
