Silverline 868535 Mixing Paddle Heavy Duty 140 x 600 mm

Great item. I had to mix up 6 bags of self levelling compound and to be honest i was dreading it. I had ordered this item and it arrived mid way through me doing the 3rd bag full. Instead of 5 minutes of hard work trying to mix the powder and water together by hand i could get the same effect within a minute using this and my makita drill.I wished i had it on the other 3 bags because the first few bags havent dried as well as the ones i done using the drill. It produced a nice thick levelling compound that could be rolled smooth. The first 3 have an almost milky like finish.

Bought this as I was needing to mix some plaster for my kitchen. The product works well with my electric drill, and keyless chuck. My only gripe was that after a single use the paint was coming off the top of the paddle where it goes into the drill. This is a very minor point though.Overall, it does the job nicely. Even when the plaster got thick it still mixed it into a nice smooth creamy texture. Perfect! Without this I would probably still be trying to mix it by hand when you read this review!

Really surprised at the construction quality.Be aware this is designed for large quantities, and you will need a deep bucket. Also heavy, you'll need a very decent drill for that.With our monster drill and 73l buckets, this has mixed around 6 tonne bags of sharp sand and 40 bags of cement. We did our patio over a 2 months periods, this has saved us the massive expense of a concrete mixer.

Excellent mixer, v quick to mix tile adhesive, not the easiest to clean, sticks in the corners, I find it easiest not to worry about cleaning as you go, the paddle is big enough and strong enough to let it build up and then knock it of with a hammer when it’s dry

Seems well made and is quite large and heavy, so on a smaller drill, when the motor stops, the momentum of the paddle can cause problems.

Fantastic bit of kit, very affordable. I would give it 5 stars if i had a bigger drill but i havent. Maybe put it next to a drill in photos to see size camparison

Mixed tile adhesive to a smooth, lump free consistensey and was easy to clean at the end of the job and was a cheaper alternative but just as good.

This was to mix a deep fill screed under a new fireplace being fitted ... unfortunately it came to late to use. I borrowed one off my son but both my drills burnt out when I tried to use it. If you get one of these I would suggest you have a very good high powered drill to use it.

solide , mais j'ai essayer de le fixer le Silverline 868535 Malaxeur sur deux perceuses avec mandarin et à chaque fois cela c'est soldé par un échec le malaxeur s'en allait même en serrant à bloc , je n'ai pas pu l'utiliser et au final j'ai utiliser un bout de bois pour malaxer , il faut donc le fixer sur malaxeur

La mezcladora trae las aspas en sentido contrario de el de la foto y no me sirve.

Die Verarbeitung des gelieferten Produktes ist fragwürdig.Die Lackierung nicht einheitlich und die Schweißnähte viel zu dick und nicht geschliffen.Okay so what das ist ein Rühreinsatz der ist nach der ersten Benutzung eh grau und voller Beton, das war mir egal.Nicht egal ist mir, dass das verwendete Material viel zu weich ist und in der Bohrmaschine einfach rund gedreht wurde beim ersten Kontakt mit dem Estrich. Die Maschine war auf 400 rpm eingestellt.Ich kann an dieser Stelle nicht sagen ob es sich um einen ob es sich um einen einmaligen Ausreißer handelt oder ein generelles Problem dieses Produktes.Da ich nach der (Gewährleistungs-) Rücksendung keinen neuen Anschaffen werde, werde ich das auch nie erfahren.
