I absolutely LOVE these gummies! As a 216lb, 5'5 curvy, newly vegan at 43, (3.5 weeks of NO MEATS so far) woman with a hunger for SWEETS ALL THE TIME LIKE NO OTHER! I can't say enough about how these ACV+Keto gummies has helped me stay away from sweets, fast from meats, keeps my energy, gives me time to actually think about what I'm going to eat and get healthy, has really boosted my confidence in being able to stay and maintain a healthy diet. My prescribed regimine is as follows: Losartin, HCG injection, vitamin c, mounjaro, and trintellex. For exercise, I do Tae Bo (Billy Blank videos 5 times a week), growwithjo videos (sometimes), Irene Mutwiri (Sundays). Just recently, I realized that I HAVE to have a protein shake with each meal to ward off the cravings for sweets because naturally, I'm a snacker not a meal eater. So, I'm still a work in progress on that side of it. But, when I take these babies, I can easily stay on course. I will definitely reorder again. I'm not going to worry about the scale as much because I'm going to measure my weight loss by if I can fit into a size 12 or 14 again. And, based on that, I'm not that far off as I am a size 16 currently because of my curves. When my hips and bum go down, I will be so HAPPY! I won't care if I weigh the same and the inches fall off. Overall, these gummies zap my appetite even though I've only been taking them for 3 days. I will repost my results after a week or two if people like my review...:-)

They smell strong, but the taste was okay. I tried these for 30 days, like the bottle suggested, but it didn't do anything at all to help with weight loss. I checked every week, and didn't lose a single pound. It did make it so I didn't feel hungry, but then, your body goes into starvation mode and starts to store body fat, because you don't eat properly. I did not go down in weight, nor pant/dress size, so this product really doesn't work.

Taste good, not hungry when I take and do not eat as much each meal, arrived early👍

I am will be making this an ongoing review for at least 6 weeks to see if this product actually works for me. I am 5'8" and 200lbs trying to loose 50lbs. I run 4 to 5 days a week for anywhere from 3 to 10 miles depending on if it's a distance day or a speed day. I have been running for the last 3 months with no weight loss so I wanted to find something that would help with weight loss.WEEK 1 So far there has been no weight loss. It says to take 2 gummies per day so I have been taking them after my runs in the morning before breakfast. On non running days I take them before lunch. The only pro to these so far is that they taste good.Week 2: Still no loss in weight, so far, it's not looking goodWeek 3: Still no change in weight.Week 4: Still no change in weight. I know I said this would be at least a 6 week review, but after a month of no change I see no point in continuing. To me, it seems that without a change in diet or exercise, this supplement will do nothing for weight loss. In my opinion, it is not a miracle weight loss drug and it by itself did not do anything for weight loss or my health
