This shovel is perfect! Had to get a buddies snowmobile off a couple trees and unstuck a few times! The saw is a tad bit long so if you try and force it it will bend and gotta be careful putting the shovel handle back together so you don’t get cut by the saw but I got the trees cut in no time and got him dug out we were back to ripping sleds before we knew it!! Awesome product fits perfect in my klim aspect avy bag!

I carry this shovel on one of my snowmobiles. Sometimes you just get stuck between a rock and a tree. Shoveling out and cutting the tree can be your only option of escape. I don’t like to do it but it happens.Glad I bought this and had it when I needed it.

Really nice design though it looks very much like another one on the market. I really got this for the built in saw, it makes good use of space inside the handle. It is very versatile and should come in handy on the mountain. The complaint that I have with this is that the head has been wielded on crooked making it awkward to use . I hope that not all of these shovels are that way. It does make me wonder about the company's quality control though. It's not a good look for a Utah company that is specializing in life safety avalanche products. Had the product not been flawed I would have rated this product much higher.*Reached out to SBD and they replaced the flawed part. Company stands behind their products and communicated readily.
