Ok not cushioned
The grit is as expected. However, zebra files I generally use are cushioned and larger. Evidently these are disposable, which I didn’t notice. Read the product description on everything

Rough side works great.
Because of their shape, I can't cut some toenails. But, I can file them down with these. Works great. Wish I had discovered them sooner.

I didn't realize how small 5" was :(
These seemed smaller than 5 inches to be honest. They're no where near the size of a normal file.

They do the job well , and takes the nail down well, but need a fine file to finish.

For natural nail - no!
I use these for sanding small wood crafts. They are quite rough for using on your natural nails. Not bad for artificial nails.
