Well made and great price point. Installed on 6 doors of exterior buildings on ranch. I usually use Weiser and or Kwikset, but to expensive to buy level hand latch sets for such use on ranch buildings that do not need top quality door knobs, just functional ones.

We have purchased...I think 13 of these now? We love the look of them and how easy they are to install. They work great on all of our doors. We have some with the coin lock (that you can easily unlock with a coin or something similar) and some that are key lock. They all work well.I would like to note that occasionally, we will have company over that will get stuck momentarily in the bathroom, and take a minute to get the door unlocked. For some reason, sometimes when you lock it, it doesn't want to unlock right away. Not to say that it's ever FULLY locked up on us to where we can't get out (knock on wood?).For the most part we love these - that would be my only complaint.Also, I wouldn't use these on an outside door for sure if you're thinking about these for that. My wife locked the door to our bedroom and walked out - and the keys were inside the room. She was on the phone with a locksmith at 10pm at night on a weekend. I didn't want to spend that kind of cash. I grabbed the handle with both hands and wrenched it up as hard as I could. The entire thing twisted and fell apart in my hands (metal inside was wrenched BADLY - not recoverable. lol) - but it did take QUITE some effort - but I was in the room in less than 30 seconds for sure.I just repurchased the same door handle again and my wife reinstalled it on the door easily. Cheaper than a weekend, late-night locksmith by a ton!Be warned for those of you thinking to use on an exterior door. Don't do it!

Replaced 30 year old fixtures, and Im impressed with the feel of these new door handles. Classic look with a incredible smooth finish. We previously purchased 10 functioning door handles, then bought matching fix handles for the French doors. Thrilled with the purchase!

I received these today and they are beautiful and reversible. Easy to install and to switch sides depending how the door opens. My husband loves them and will be buying another set of 5. Great purchase and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

My husband is a retired contractor. He used to only use one of the higher end handsets. He refinished all of our interior doors recently & in the process replaced all the handsets. He felt this brand was a very good substitute for the higher priced handsets.Note that we had an issue with our order. We order the satin nickel, locking version in this set of 10. Once my husband got down to the last 2, he discovered that the boxes each contained a bronze finish lockset, 1 locking, 1 non locking & both used. There was actually paint on the handsets.I contacted the company through Amazon. Offered photos & sent photos of the handsets, They also asked for copies of the label on the outside of the box. The label was a little mangled but it looked like the set of 10 had been returned by a private party (I was able to get the person's name) & then it appeared the entire set was then shipped to us because someone at the return center just slapped another label - leaving the original intact - and sent it on to us.Hubby & I believe the person whose name was on the "from" part of the label bought the set of 10, took out the 2 they wanted, replaced those with their used handsets & returned everything for a full refund.None of this was the fault of the company, though. Once the company had all the photos, they arranged for shipment of the missing 2 handsets. The company was polite & accommodating through the whole process & I understood their need for proof since it was such an unusual situation.All in all - we were very happy with these handsets & also ordered an additional 3 or 4 non locking handsets for other doors.My husband feels these handsets are a great price for a great product & he would definitely buy this product again.

I bought a lot of these handles, as we're in the process of building a house. The reviews all raved about how great they are. Unfortunately that hasn't been our experience. I installed one handle (only door that was installed at the time) and it failed about a week later. We put this down to bad luck and replaced it with another out of the box, it too has failed. We now have 3 of these handles left in place and another is on its way out. When they fail, you are either locked in or out of a room. The door handle has to be removed and then very trickily the part that goes into the door jam, has to be deactivated so you can open the door.I have put in a ticket to the supplier for support, so will update the review pending their feedback.
