This book is a little wonder. The construction of the popups is amazing and they are surprisingly robust. The surprise of the Christmas tree at the end of the book never fails to bring a smile to people's faces. I think the best one so far. I think you should buy them for yourself and then hand them down to the grandchildren as little heirlooms.

A wonderful seasonal present for both young and old alike. I saw a copy at a friend's house and next day ordered two copies on-line, one as a present for another friend and one copy to keep at home. The origami 'pop-ups', one for each of the 12 days of Christmas, are amazing in their complexity and represent excellent examples of the paper engineer's craft.

This is a beautiful book, cleverly designed and executed, which I bought for my wife. She is addicted to all things Christmas as her birthday is on Christmas Day which makes it very special to her. This book met her requirements exactly and confirmed her belief in it as a special time.

While I gave the Winters Tale book a bad review this one is good. The book actually works! The pages are good and the lights work also. I'm happy with this one.

It is a beautiful book - I had bought one for my eldest granddaughter so had to buy one for her younger sister. However some of the pages keep sticking which is very annoying as I don't want it to tear

Just read through all the other reviews I cannot better them. I managed to get one of Robert Sabudas books from a high street store and was delighted to find this, and others, available on Amazon. Well worth every penny.

I love the books by this author. He has an amazing talent. The pop ups are stunning. It is a treasure. It is a book for all ages.

This is a gorgeous book. Not only children but adults can enjoy it. As you turn each page, you won't be able to stop saying aaah! or ooooh! Enjoy Robert's amazing art. Highly recommended.
