Devil May Cry: Definitive Edition (PS4)

Devil May Cry: Definitive Edition for PS4 is a fantastic experience. The remastered graphics look amazing, and the gameplay is as fast-paced and stylish as ever. The addition of all the DLC makes it feel like a complete package. If you're a fan of action games or the Devil May Cry series, this is a must-have. The controls are responsive, and the story holds up well, making it an enjoyable replay or a great entry point for newcomers. Highly recommend!

Good game, no glitches and gameplay is very smooth. I enjoyed the storyline, but the game is short. Anyhow the game is still good if your planning to play it alot as their is harder difficulties that make the game much more challenging, fun and longer. Also is good if you haven't played before as it is a remake. A feature that I loved about this game is that when you play the game again on a harder difficulty you still keep everything like your health and moves etc also you can change the buttons to anything you want which is another feature I loved!

WELL Having played Devil May Cry Before I can say that the improvements are massive, it runs a consistent 60 frames and I experienced zero slow down which impressed me unlike assassins creed unity which ran at 30 frames when it didn't experience crashes if you were lucky, and it also includes a bulk of content including Vergil's downfall which is a nice change of action and he wields a samurai sword called the Yamato which is a nice change from Dante's gunning slash style, (Rebellion for Dante and Yamato for Virgil just like the original) Virgil's style is more complex sword skill with samurai style slashes and a summon mini sword ability instead of Dante's chosen firearms. I enjoyed this game quite a bit and I find myself playing through it again on regular basis. If you are a long time fan of the series or new to it I would definately recommend this game for you. It is a good reboot for the series without changing things too much like Allot of the massive games today. it is published by Capcom and made by the British team Ninja Theory. All In All Very Good I give it a 9 out of 10 for fun hack and slashing style gameplay and keeps true too the original story of Devil May Cry with just slight differences and extra characters.

Played DMC on playstation one and two many years ago. So got this more out of curiosity than anything due to have a PS4 now. I must say....I love it! Though this type of game may be a 'Marmite' situation. Story line is...well...ok but I love the game play itself....fast action...lots of sword and gun battles....a little repetitive... but entertaining non the less. To say the graphics are good seems lame these days as 'graphics' have come sooo far since I started playing games way back in the day. However these are not top of the range but excellent non the less. Will definitely be one of those games I will finish (get to the end).

I'm very impressed with this i am a big fan of the Devil May Cry games and wondered what the re-boot would be like so i bought it and played it and i was very impressed this turned out to be better than all the previous DMC games the graphics are awesome the action is non stop with many many abilities to defeat the demons and a lot of upgrades. If your looking for an action packed unique and awesome game then this is the one to buy, i have to give this game 10/10

The game arrived in perfect condition and in time. It's a good action, with a solid gameplay and it runs at 1080p/60fps. Considering that the price is very cheap, I'm very satisfied.

You know i was skeptic about this game at first but now i have played it and its a whole different story. Its beautiful hack and slash game, its very dark i will say but the story is really good if you give it a chance. Controls are easy even though there is a lot of them, i found it quite easy to learn them and im not usually one who plays these types of games. Definitely not for kids but for adults who want an awesome dark violent game i recommend.

Bought this after enjoying DMC4 on 360 a few years ago. What I received was not what I was expecting at all. The game opened with an unskippable cutscene of what appeared to be an orgy of some kind although all participants kept their clothes on while bad rock music played. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to be getting off on it or what, but I immediately found it offputting. I'm not a prude by any means - I love Game of Thrones, but it just made me feel I was playing a game aimed at teenage boys and perverts. The next female character I encountered was ridiculously proportioned which served to reinforce that. Other than that the combat just didn't seem as fun, everything was far too dark. Maybe DMC4 wasn't well received and this was the game going back to its roots - there was a very strange moment where the main character from this had a toupee blown onto his head to look like DMC4's main character and said it was ridiculous - but I never played those. Anyway this is one to avoid if there's any chance your girlfriend/parents are likely to walk in on you playing. If you like enormous computer generated breasts on the other hand it's a must buy.

Macht Spaß mal wieder ein Game zu zocken, dass auf ein oldschool Konzept setzt. Habe das Spiel bereits in der vorherigen Konsolengeneration gezockt aber auch jetzt auf der PS4 ist es immer noch ein Vergnügen. Die Grafik ist nun hochauflösender und das Game mit 60 FPS spielbar. Viel wurde an der Grafik bei diesem Remaster sonst nicht gemacht, aber das ist auch nicht nötig. Das Game ist gut gealtert, das Level Design immer noch extrem kreativ und das Game macht einfach Spaß.

Il titolo nasce su PS3 quindi accusa l età su tutti i punti di vista, ma se vi piace questa serie deve essere vostro.

Limbo is one of the best things about the game, excellent weapons, intense gameplay and worth playing...if you like hack n' slash games then you should buy this. Definitive Edition is an improvement over the original one from 2013....You get 1080p, 60fps, manual lock-on, turbo mode and many more.
