This here is an exquisite piece of household seating, fits my posterior and I would think most high class posteriors perfectly. The packaging was as you would expect, delightful cardboard with images of them product in place but not in action as I suspect that would be frowned upon slightly. The fitting was simple and quick, perfect for those who need a quick installation prior to a sit down. The soft close, well, what a delight, closes softer than the marshmallows felt in my mouth prior to needing the new toilet seat. The noise is average for such a producte, and can be dependent on the user, but if noisy toilet seats are what you want, this is not for you. Then, when it comes to cleaning, that is another major positive to this beautifully crafted piece of engineering.

Ordered 3 o far. No, not because the first two broke, but because I have 5 toilets in my house. Very easy to install, easy to clean, good quality, the soft close feature is great so I don't jump of my bed when my sons use the toilet at night, great value for money. Definitely recommend.

Very solidly built . Very easy to fix to toilet . You have two plastic inserts that go into holes in the toilet sanitary ware . Put a screw through a bracket and into the insert . Tighten the plastic insert with the screws making sure you’ve aligned the brackets so the seat clips into the spikes on the bracket . No faffing or fiddling

Easy to assemble and install, with sturdy plastic and a solid feel. Great value for money compared to other toilet seats that are more expensive but offer lower quality. In this case, the price is lower but the quality is higher.

The plug in the kit is way too wide for my loo. If I'd known that I was going to have to re use the plugs from my old loo seat, then I would have been more careful when removing them. They took some wear when I punched them out, fitting unsnug plugs is a real chore, really tested the dexterity of my non dominant hand, using a screwdriver and pliers N.B. you will not need pliers if the plug fits your loo. The fitting diagrams do not show the fittable diameter of the mounting holes, I could measure my unused plugs with my digital calipers, but that would not give the range, the plugs do have some squish room. I have learned that you can buy replacement plugs, I could find none that resemble my old plugs. I would have to disassemble one of the mounts to measure the mounting diameter, I'm not sure whether I could rely on the plug to tighten again, if it turned out that my loo is so non standard.

Seat arrived with damage, despite being well-packaged and no damage on the packing itself. Meaning this much have been damaged prior to dispatch. This was a replacement in a rental so I'm not that fussed about getting it returned and replaced, but still disappointing. The caps for the fittings were also not completely covered by the protection so there was some tarnishing/oxidation, again both things are not directly in line of sight and you probably would not notice them unless you were looking. The set up was fairly easy even though the instructions required re-reading multiple times due to the bad wording, considering it's the first time I've replaced a toilet seat, I managed. The plastic is thick, solid and comfortable and the seat screws in nice and secure to the toilet. The adjustment was easy despite being new to this.

Bella, ben fatta, non è robustissima ma può andare... Facile il montaggio, buono il prezzo quindi raporto qualità prezzo ottima .... Si può fare....

E' quello che cercavo e che sostituisce a pari caratteristiche il precedente che mi dicevano ormai introvabile… Ottima la facilità di montaggio, la possibilità di toglierlo rapidamente per le pulizie ordinarie e la chiusura rallentata… Rispetto al precedente sembra un po' più sottile quindi flessibile (da valutare nel tempo se qualità migliorativa o peggiorativa) e mancavano le guarnizioni al silicone sotto ai perni per renderli più stabili sulla ceramica.
