Had this delivered to my Mother pre-Christmas and it was surprisingly good, apparently. I haven't actually seen it yet but she's a fairly severe critic and she reports that the plant was very well packed and in excellent condition, and was delivered very quickly. If she's happy, then I'm happy. Would definitely use the supplier again (unlike some others I've used; M&S take note!)

The product was nothing like the promotional picture. Very spindly and unbalanced.Two of the large leaves had dead spots on them and had to be removed.

The plant we received was not as described. The colour of the flowers was very pale. The plant was also smaller. It arrived three days later than expected. It doesn't look like it will last very long.After raising the issue with the seller we received the plant as described . Very pleased.
