Does the job

Supplied as a single plate (not as a pair). These have to be thin, as the plate sits between the switch and the wall, pinned by the switch/socket. The ease of installation depends on how much spare cable exists in the switch/socket and how deep the back-box is. In some cases, loosening off the switch/socket (with the circuit turned off at the consumer unit for safety) can enable the plate to be fitted over the switch/socket. You may need some longer screws for the switch/socket to accommodate the extra depth of the plastic plate.As an item, I like these as they prevent scuffs/dirty marks around the switch/socket. This product is OK - it does what it says and when it's pinned behind the switch/socket I find them robust.

Good item. Easily applied. Very useful to prevent grubby marks on newly decorated room.

It would have suited a socket that was not too close to either a wall or cupboard as unfortunately it didn't fit the light switch under my wall cupboard (as I intended) or any of the light switches. It sides of the cover was wider than the switches. The square gap that was meant to fit over the switches was also too small. Seller offered a refund.

Easy to fit, and didnt need to remove the cables from the socket to fit either (DO TURN OFF POWER THOUGH)
