I have been taking this Raw Fusion Pro Cleanse, a one-month detox program that promises to deliver essential vitamins and minerals to your body in a convenient daily sachet. At £44.95 a pack, it's not the most affordable option on the market, but when you consider the value it provides, the price per day (approximately £1.47) becomes quite reasonable. Each pack comes with 30 sachets, which means you'll have enough for a full month of detoxing. The sachets are versatile and can be taken daily by adding them to liquids or food. I take mine on an empty stomach every morning with a glass of water, but you can also mix it with citrus juice or lemon water if you prefer. One minor issue I encountered was that the contents of the sachet do not dissolve easily in water. To overcome this, I gave it a good stir, let it settle for a moment, and then stirred it again. The taste is quite mild, with a slight milky flavour that isn't overpowering or unpleasant. As for its effectiveness, it's difficult to pinpoint the exact benefits. However, I did notice that I felt less bloated and experienced improved bowel movements after consistently taking the Pro Cleanse for a few days. I also had the impression that it was breaking down something in my stomach, potentially aiding in digestion. Overall, Raw Fusion Pro Cleanse offers a month's worth of health benefits in a convenient daily sachet.

The media could not be loaded. I already take something to help me go to the toilet as I have to take some heavy pain meds, and would otherwise struggle. I was drawn to this however, as it offers so much more than just a stool softener. The directions say to take 1 per day unless otherwise stated, as listed. It mixes well into water, but it is recommended to take it with citrus water or juice. The taste is far nicer than my normal product, and it's a lot more pleasant going down. I’m actually looking forward to the month ahead!  This is currently on sale for £44.95, which does seem a lot for 30 days' worth. However, if you need it and can afford it, what price can you really put on your health. I can recommend.

I usually take fibre supplements/cleansers, they are in the pill form so easy to take.I thought I would try a drink instead. I wish I hadn't. I know it sounds silly, but it is a pain to mix, you have to keep on mixing it until it has sort of dissolved.It would be much easier if these were formulated as a sherbet type supplement. So all you had to do is empty the pack into your mouth, no water.I tried them for a bout a week and didn't notice any difference at all. They are very expensive for what they are too.

Considering it has stevia in it, it doesn't taste of anything really, I find that strange as stevia is a natural sweetener, supposed to be sweet without the sugar, so why is this just like powder and biter and no taste of anything, it's no wonder it states take 1 sachet a day with lemon or citrus drink, my guess is to taste something because it's pointless putting stevia in this unless it tastes of something.Supposed to help gut health, and help you go toilet easier. Low dosed only 10 billion healthy gut microbiome is in this, I'm used to 20-40billion. Also contains synthetic ingredients.I wouldn't even say it's pleasant tasting, it was quite nasty actually, until I put some apple cider vinegar with some lemon juice in it. It hasn't helped me go toilet yet, and considering the price 45 quid it's poor value for money. Disappointing really, but it's only average to above average for me 2/3 stars. I have had worse, It's more of a 2.5.Note the dosage for babies, kids during pregnancy and breast feeding, it says to take 1/4 of the sachet or half of it at the most. It contains synthetic ingredients so, I personally wouldn't give it to babies, kids or pregnant women. Only organic is the way to go.

This is a box of 30 sachets that contain a pink probiotic mix that is predominantly milk powder and magnesium. There are warnings on the back about people that can't take high doses of magnesium or are lactose intolerant.The powder is pink in colour and doesn't have much of a taste. It can be sprinkled on food or in drinks. I take mine with a minimum of water to dissolve it and there's still no real taste.It certainly has a calming effect, as a sort of "milk of magnesia" would. The probiotics are probably helping too, as I've been taking this for a week and certainly feel my stomach is very settled and with no side effects.Quite expensive for one month's supply, although if you've recent had a course of antibiotics you may well feel this is a very worthwhile thing to take for a while afterwards to get your gut bacteria back healthy again.

I had been taking daily doses of vitamins C and D and also a zinc tablet and another separate probiotic as well as magnesium and apple cider vinegar supplements. I'm not best keen on swallowing capsules so discovering this that has them all together and with prebiotic was fantastic. It is so easy to take, I just mix the contents of one sachet in lemon water every morning and drink, that's it, super easy.The pro and prebiotics are also accompanied by some really good fibre, after only a few days with these my gut health is improving; my bowel habits have improved, I feel less sluggish and have more energy and oomph. Very impressed.

Simple to take and no nasty flavour. However, i cannot tell if it is having an effect and therefore have dropped stars on this basis.
