This ladder wobbles a lot and is absolutely impossible to climb without the risk of falling down. How can I climb up get things down from the loft if the ladder is wobbling and not steady at all. And now I see I cannot return the product, they provide optipn to replace with the same product. What is the use ? Amazon please return this product and refund my money so that I can buy a good and steady ladder.

The band around the hinges was already broken when I unboxed it, making the ladder feel unstable and unsafe. I was honestly shocked that Amazon allowed such a product to be shipped out. Considering the price I paid, I expected much better craftsmanship and quality control. This ladder just doesn’t cut it, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
