This was needed for my cooking . Bit expensive so only used on cakes for special occasions

I can’t comment on the flavour or quality because I was instructed by our horse’s vet to order it. They have used it to determine if our horse has EMS (like diabetes). The delivery was very prompt and came the next day and it was not too expensive (unlike the vet bill!).
