Such Textiles Black Waterproof Ripstop Coated Fabric (Per Metre)

I purchased this fabric to make a cockpit cover for my kayak (it was filling up with water and leaves, an my cat was using the bulkheads as a scratching post!). Delivery was quick and efficient, and the fabric was very easy to work with (even though I was using a sewing machine for only the second time in my life!).The result was a custom fitted kayak cockpit cover, made in half an hour, for £4, instead of £40 for the manufacturer’s product.While it was perfect for my needs, it’s worth noting that the material is quite thin, and may not stand up to a lot of abuse.

This is brilliant stuff!! I made a bicycle cover for my flat mate and I as the standard yukkie PVC covers are worse than useless and completely cr_p. This is a durable, waterproof and totally excellent material and I can see me using it on other projects. Great quality, value and shipped in right away. Not as substantial as I thought so could not use as intended, have used elsewhere

i ordered 1 m to make a rainproof cover over rucksack,looks a bit like them matt leather look leggings,but not stretchy.It would be ideal for a shirt or blouse.*the edges of the material looked like it had been cut by a dog ripping into the roll,or maybe there is a werewolf working in the factory 'cutting' the lengths...not a problem and plenty of material sent,It is funny when you see it though, see for yourself what I mean lol

Great material for what I need on my fence as you can't see through it, its thin and waterproof...perfect
