Absolutely amazing product for a even better price. Absolutely love it. My son and I workouts are seriously improved useing this. It tastes amazing and no weird after taste like some brands. We both find we don't feel bloated or gassy after taking it. And neither are we as sore the next day after our workout, unlike some other brands. I highly recommend this for a increase in your workout 💪

This pre workout is definitely one of the best on the market. Our bodies of course are different and maybe the product is not working for everyone but it works good for me. I noticed an increase in my energy level and it gives me a good mood. Taste very nice especially if you mix in cold water.

Everything except the caffeine is completely underdosed, plus side to that is you don't have to worry about unexpected trips the bathroom mid workout. You don't get a mad crash mid workout. I train late afternoon, but it doesn't affect my sleep, it might be a different case if you train at night however.Some flavours are better than others. The blueberry blast is my favorite.To help it out a bit - I bought citrulline malate to add to it, which adds a nice tang to the flavour and gives the preworkout a good pump agent. (Use 8-10g's). You can buy a kilo of the stuff for just under £30 from peak supps on amazon, it'll last you a few months.I've been a preworkout junky for years, I've tried all sorts. This is all I've bought for the last 8-9 months now.

Tried lots of pre workout in my time and I rate this highly. Workouts are great and no come down with this. Mixes well and tastes good

Not a great product not very nice to drink and if u go over your daily limit good luck sleeping. At times too strong even with only one scoop. Id more d half and half creatin it works best for m this way.

The ingredients which should be researched before buying any pre workout. To be sure the body hits its max in gym without the crash midway or after gym sessions. But it’s not for your average gym goer, or for people who want to exercise when they feel like it.For me it delivers energy, focus, which is an absolutely must especially during hybrid training sessions. I have tried many pre workouts, and this has to be easily one of the worst. Both myself and my gym bro tried some and found it to be totally ineffective. Felt no energy boost, no pump and nothing else really. This was my first and last purchase from this brand. Wont bother to get near again

Recommend the lemon flavour as it will instantly make you feel awake because of how sour it is. It helped me when i would wake up at 4am, walk to the gym at 5 get there at 6 and the have the pre workout. Keeps me up all day for work. Not had a crash with it
