I got this for my younger sister's birthday. It's adorable and soft. It does come vacuum sealed but after airing it out and beating it up a bit, it has fluffed up pretty naturally. The photo is from fresh out of the package and it has gotten a bit fluffier since. Overall delivered what I expected and I'm excited to see my sister laugh at it!

It is smaller than i tought but it's me eho can't measure 😂. Feels nice to sleep with since it has high quality cottons and it's great since is not foam or anything inside of it. Smells good from the package and it came really compressed together, it looked bad at first but after some days id really good.

I like this Japanese kappa so much I got two! Now it's got a baby! 😆They are very cute and soft. I got the 39" one (right) and the 27" one. I got the bigger one first and hugging it so it's head is under my chin it goes well past my knees (I'm 5'3"). Standing on the floor it comes up to my bellybutton (it's about 4 boxes of tissue long...very scientific 🤣).The little guy is better for just hugging with no leg action. Tucked under my chin, it reaches my upper thighs (about 2.8 tissue boxes tall).I really like them both. They are exactly what I was expecting after reading other people's reviews. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because some people might be disappointed in the amount of fluff. They aren't quite as round as the seller's pictures. They are a little bit lumpy and creased but vaccum sealing will do that. And lets be honest, unless you plan to put them in a collector's case and never touch them, your hugs will not be detoured by creases, you'll probably even make a few of your own. Plus, a little fluff from your local fabric store or ordered on Amazon or cannibalized from an old pillow 😆 and you can easily fluff them to your hearts desire, cause they got a handy little hidden zipper. 😉 👍

I wasn’t expecting much for the price but they are poor quality. You can feel the chunky cheap stuffing. Definitely not like a squish mellow which is what I expected.

I honestly was about to send the cat back because he just seemed too flimsy, too floppy, when I found-accidentally mind you-there is a SUPER discrete zipper in his head so you can add more fluffy stuff to him! Or you could add flaxseed to make him weighted or lavender to make him smell good or sented oil on cotton balls for other scents!!! I am now SO glad I have this kitty! Just so you know, his fabric is stretchy, so he isn't going to stay in a perfect tube-unless you took all the stuffing out, sewed a tube and reinserted that!!! Oh my gosh! That would work too! This little guy-or gal-is just full of possibilities!!! Highly recommend!!!
