Why did you choose this product over others?:Wasn’t sure about this but when I started the menopause and started suffering regular and bad headaches, tried everything and anything. Made a difference and the cold was soothing

Super effective pain relief for migraines/headaches with added bonus of helping sleep. Fits well and easy to use holds temperature well and fits into very small freezer drawer nicely!I’m told it’s also good for hangovers

So I work shifts which are late in the day, so I often get little sleep. I had hoped to be able to wear this through the night, but the gel is a little heavy across the eyes to be comfortable to do so. Instead I just slip it on for 20mins after it's been in the fridge, and pretend to sleep. It's a good way to Zen out, and I do feel more refreshed.

I have a huge head, and it's a bit small for me as standard. However, if you're careful and leave some material away from the seam, you can cut the top panel out (contains none of the gel pads) which slightly reduces the pressure on smaller heads but lets it fit mine perfectly. Easy to use, comfortable, and seems to be good quality.

Gosh, as a migraine sufferer since i was 11 years old, now 30. I wish I'd of had this years ago!! Usually my go to is ice packs or hot water bottles which are a nightmare to hold on your head if your trying to sleep. This one you can freeze or microwave so has the best of both worlds. I find once its on my head its a nice snug fit which in turn relieves the pulsing sensation you have aswell. It also comes over your eyes so creates that lovely dark room we all crave for when suffering with migraines. I would even use it for the summer when i just need a cool down lol. Honestly probably going to be the best purchase of the year for me!!

If you regularly suffer with headaches. This is a must! I’ve seen various ones advertised on Instagram etc. I wanted one that was all in one and not velcroed. It arrived 3 days ago and I’ve used it a few times a day. Just in the freezer for an hour and it’s cold enough for me without feeling like it’s too cold. Helps with tired puffy eyes as well as my sinus pain I’m currently dealing with.The compression alone is very soothing without it being cold. I use a weighted blanket for my fibromyalgia pain and it’s like that for easing of pain.Really happy with it. Great quality for the price. Very soft and comfortable. Perfect for lying in bed with too. I’ve tried the cold pads for pillows and they are very hard and uncomfortable.

Nice but it doesn't last long. I got cold relief for about half an hour after it being in the freezer for a few hours.
