Great, get the job done,

This trimmer is an overall good quality electric trimmer, that I would definitely recommend especially for men of color. This classic trimmer is a staple due to its high quality blades that more often than not leave a crisp precise finish for hairlines and cuts closely and easily when trimming and styling facial hairs as well as along the neckline. The size of the device is compact and fits comfortably in the hand when cutting only issues concerning how they feel in your hand is when the trimmers have been running for awhile and starts to become hot to the point u have to spray them with clean-n-cool and allow them to cool down before continuing on with the cut. They clean easily considering they come with a small brush and oil to remove the hair from the teeth of the trimmer and the oil to lubricate the trimmer between uses. An overall quality product and great value for the money.

sturdy but gentle on the skin. not too loud

Andis clippers are the only clippers that I have ever used. This spans over 20 years and this is only my third purchase. Therefore, I have long valued the quality of these clippers. My new purchase is my second T-Liner. I prefer them because it has wider range. The other one got hot faster. I like having more time spend trimming my hair. As a Black man who aims for crisp linings, this does the trick. Like all clippers I expect a moderate noise level. Its size is standard for good clippers. In fact, these are the same brand that my previous barbers used (I'm not sure of model types). I brush them with an old toothbrush after each use, so they are always easy to clean.The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is because on the first couple uses, I started to worry about the sharpness because I had to go over my beard a couple times to create the clean to-skin trim that I was used to. After a couple uses, it got better. As I write this, maybe the clippers just aren't sharp for cutting skin if you know what I mean. It doesn't pull my hair and leave cut lines. I am able to achieve the crisp lining that expect. I have had the clippers for a couple months and I use it 2-3 times a week. There is no wearing. Great thing. I give it 4 1/2 Stars with initial uses, and a 5 after the clippers are broken in.

I had a pair to that lasted 10 yrs but I'm not a barber but it's the choice of almost every barber that I ever encountered. I got a babyliss trimmer and it lasted three years but they broke last week and seen these for just $59! The babyliss is $184! Andis is good enough for professional barbers, so they're good enough for me. They have excellent sharpness The design is ergonomical, lightweight, and the value can't be beat for the level of quality. I find the cordless less reliable. With a corded one I don't have to worry about battery life. It's a great deal.

Andis is a self spoken brand which continues to live up to it's name. It's size weight and value is worth the money. The level sound is low compared to others. It does it job of hair removal well and in the write pair of hands done wonders. I highly recommend and trust no other brand.

Decent and gets the job done. Not as sharp as I would like but it helps cleaning up between haircuts.
