the charger is soooo easy to set up and folds for packing.

Doesn’t charge
The media could not be loaded. At first the product worked fine but then, as seen in the video, it wouldn’t charge my watch. It ended up doing the same thing to my phone as well.

Outstanding customer service
I thought I had a charging issue w this product; turns out it wasn't their fault but a problem with my airpods. But I was blown away by how amazing their customer support was when I contacted them. They sent me a new charger, free of charge, and continued to follow up until they knew I was satisfied. Highly recommend!

Great product. One of two I ordered stopped working
I order one for me, one for my wife. Mine stopped charging my watch after about a month. There is only a 30 day return policy, otherwise, I would rate this 5 stars.
