Works
I love hard, boiled eggs, and I love making deviled eggs. This little gadget with a little bit of water in it in a few shakes makes these eggs literally peel themselves. I would definitely recommend it because it does work and I love it. no more peeling little pieces of of an egg and all my deviled eggs turned out perfect if you haven’t bought it I would suggest you get it you will not go wrong. This is a game changer in the kitchen. Trust me.!!!!!

Works with some caveats...
So I bought this as I saw it on a YouTube short of the best kitchen gadgets to buy. I make my entire family deviled eggs every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas. That's on average about 30-40 eggs to hard boil and peel. It normally takes me 2-4 hours to peel everything and about 5-6 eggs are useless because they broke during peeling. Did I mention I HATE peeling hard boiled eggs? So when I saw this I of course had to have it.A previous review said that this thing works ONLY if you follow the instructions. Well the instructions say to boil the eggs for 11 minutes. Add a minute for larger eggs. I use store bought Grade AA eggs. I have always been taught to boil eggs for 20 minutes AFTER the water starts to boil. I do live at 6k feet of elevation. In school we did experiments to find the perfect boil time and we concluded that 18 minutes was the perfect time. So when the instructions said to boil for 11 minutes, I called Hogwash. Well I did it per instructions boiling 2 eggs. Then ice bath for 5 minutes. Then it says to pour 1/4 water into the device , insert boiled egg and shake vigorously for 6 or 7 times. I followed the instructions to the letter and ended up with egg soup. Threw that in the trash and tried again on the second egg. same result. So I boiled 2 eggs MY way and ice bathed them. Then used 1/4 or little less water, dropped in the egg and GENTLY shook the egg in the container just enough to crack the exterior which was maybe about 4 shakes. Pulled the egg out and the shell came right off, easy pezy. Tried with the second and same result. My conclusion is to boil the eggs normally as you know how and the time that you normally do. Add in a little less than 1/4 cup water and do NOT shake it hard, no need to. Don't need soup here. Just enough so the egg is cracked all the way around. if the egg fails to crack, go again a little longer. Trail and error will tell you how long and hard to do it. Therefore I do say this works and will cut my peeling time down by a substantial amount. However, I took off a star for incorrect instructions.

Terrific and necessary
I am horrible at peeling eggs, completely destroy them - but this was great! Super quick, really easy, color mat he'd all my kitchen accessories. Bonus, no metal parts and designed for the dishwasher. Wish I had bought this years ago. The best 'stupid' purchase ever!

Perfection
If you follow the directions exactly as they say this product works perfectly… at least for me anyway. It is a god-send for peeling eggs. I have used it three times now for large batches of eggs and they ALL had the shell come off easily without messing up the boiled egg at all. HIGHLY recommend this product.

AMAZING.
How did I ever live without this little gadget? Takes a little getting used to but you can feel when shaking it windy celebrates I just do it five or six times then look at the egg and with the clear container you can easily see as the egg begins to break. Using it the first time was for 24 deviled eggs I'm sure it was my user error in shaking too hard that destroyed one egg and slightly damaged another but beyond that every single egg was done perfectly. This is a must-have in my opinion. I was thinking that the price might have been a little high for a piece of plastic but I've easily paid 3 or $4 more for this item.My Little chefman egg boiler does my hard boiled eggs in 11 minutes. My first 12 eggs were done being peeled before my second set were even boiled and put into their ice bath. Such a huge time saver.

This works really well!
I love hard-boiled eggs, but I hate the tedious job of shelling the darn things. I've seen too many 'hacks' and gadgets that promise to make things easy, but they never deliver. Would the 'Negg Boiled Egg Peeler' be different? Happily, yes!THE ROSES: Very well made, well packaged and good instructions included. You put a hard-boiled egg in with 1/4C of water, give a little shake, and - viola! - a perfectly shelled egg, ready for salads or your lunch box. This thing works as advertised!THE THORNS: A little spendy compared with other gadgets. This was almost 2x the price of the last egg-peeling gadget I bought, but the difference is this gadget actually works!THE VERDICT: If you like hard-boiled eggs or are the one tasked with bringing a big batch of deviled eggs to the potluck, and you hate peeling the silly things, this is the product for you! Enthusiastically recommend!
