How does this coffee differ from four sigmatic / four sigmatic mushroom coffee?

Is this an instant coffee or do I need to put it in a cafetière or French Press?

Hi. It’s a freshly ground dark roast coffee so ideal as a cafetiere coffee or french press coffee or you can use an aeropress or a moka pot (stove pot). It’s not an instant coffee Kind regards. Jamie

can you use in my espresso machine or does it have to be cafetière style ?

I use in my Delonghi Magnifica S bean to cup machine but it has a chute for ground coffee. It's ground a bit more coarse so likely not suitable for the portafilter that goes underneath most espresso machines. We couldn't do it as a whole bean coffee as the mushroom extract powder would not stick.

how many mg of lions mane is in a cup so I can do a meaningful comparison? I don’t know what 12g of mushrooms per 400g of coffee means.

There is 525mg of the 4 mushroom extract powders per two heaped tablespoons of the coffee (circa 18g). So 1/4 of this is lions mane - 131.25mg. Hope this helps.
