Well, this is really goog pre work out drink. Taste nice and gives you a good buzz. I just want to warn you how it affected me. I had been taking it for a few weeks without any issues. Then I started to feel like a desperately wanted a number 2. At times I barely made it home in time to relieve myself. Today I Finnish my workout and started to drive home when my stomach stated to turn upside down. I managed to get home just has mr turtle stared to appear. Unfortunately I never made it to the toilet in time and mr turtle and his family decided to make their appearance. I ran to the toilet while the turtle family was running down my leg trying their best to escape from the bottom of my track suit trousers. When I finally managed to sit down it was like a fire work had exploded. The turtle family covered the wall,s, bath, and toilet where they seemed happy lying there with their bad breath stinking tha bathroom out. They should call this product “ will explode”. Don’t think I’ll be using it again. Could have been worse, I could have still been in the gym when the turtle family decided to make their appearance. I would have never of lived it down. Plus I would have been banned from my gym.

It says on tub ....drink 20-30 mins before workout which I did but after 20-30 mins I found myself on the toilet pissing out of my backside.does the job but get a toilet roll in the fridge cos it runs through ya like a greyhound....well it did with me

Absolute scam tactics, Bought this to give it a try and like a few other company's BSN are lying about the serving sizes. At first glance you may think "Oh 30 servings!, should last me a whole month" but in fact in order for BSN to include a measly 300MG of caffeine they Want you to take 2 servings, bringing your usage of this product down to 15 days or just over 2 weeks of daily use. Almost £40 for a months worth of glorified caffeine, what a joke!

I have been an avid N.O Explode user while living in the United States for 4 years. Always getting a great, athletic, powerful, strong and focused workout from it. I recently moved to Germany and had this EU version shipped from the UK. What a disappointment. This product should be called N.O relax. Absolutely no comparison to the USA version. I am returning to the states in a month and a USA version of this usually fantastic product will be coming back with me. Don’t waste your time or money on this. If you can find the US version then order that because it’s usually a 10 our of 10.

Its is a prework out supplement that is low sugar and very good. You can pick from multiple falvours. This is the best one on the market good price and it will last u bout 40 servings. I take 20 mins befor I go gym will last for about 1.30 hours. Gives you the extra push you want and may need after a hard day at work.

Total CRAP...TOTAL CRAP!!! What this is supposed to be? N.O. XPLODE? It is definitely NOT!!! This is some sort of vanilla protein + caffeine. I know not to trust Amazon for XPLODE again..but...I f*** myself again, only because of the cheap price. But with cheap price comes the cheap-rip-off-clone-brands!!!I use XPLODE almost from the 1st release and only when I order from here (2nd time, different seller...or is it?) I DID NOT get any energy and motivation, it's almost I didn’t drink pre-workout.For more clearance, before 2-3 weeks I finished my last NO XPLODE which was bought from different Supplement site and even with only 1 dose (I never use 2) I can do my exercises to the end. But not with this one, even with 2 scoops.First off all when I receive the package (the package was with yellow tape and everything) I saw some powder around the tube and I say "hmm maybe this is from different product" and I open the tub and then I saw that the sealing was a little open and the powder was come from my tub. But I ignored this and I tried the product...First impression... it's not tastes like a GREEN APPLE... the taste is more like vanilla or something like this.Second: the normal FOAM from the powder in water didn't exist, only a little. In my normal XPLODE the foam from water is so much that sometimes it's go out of my glass.Third: NO BETA ALANINE?!?! I didn’t feel the "needles" from beta alanine and I always feel them!!! Then I realise that I bought a buls*** again.I started to think that maybe the product expired or something... and I tried to find expire date...but again - nothing... only a little spot of expire date stamp, but no numbers, nothing.Basically this is total rip-off or just the tub was opened for so long time in warehouse that the product ingredients are no longer active?I did 3-4 workouts... still nothing. I’ve got even 2 scoops, but was basically more caffeine and I don't want that, because I train around 19:00 and more caffeine didn’t meant more energy and focus !!!Now I need to buy some beta alanine, some arginine and add them to this powder of caffeine and who knows what, and to wait to save some money for the real thing.

no difference using this or any other regular stuff which we find anywhere half the price. I have seen people claiming it worked but its just physiological feeling. Specially if you are going gym, you are more concern about even a minor negligible changes.I know how the feeling would be. Standing in-front of mirror and staring own bi-shape/muscles.

Good things:Slightly more alert when training.It says on the tub that it includes loads of good things required to attain muscular god status- I will take BSN at their word.Bad Things:Within 10 minutes of drinking I have the urge to take a dump, even if I have already had one just prior- this is without fail. Possibly the caffeine?Puts me on edge for the rest of the day- restful sleep is impossible without further sleep medications.Since I stopped taking this before training ( beeen using for 18 months- gone through 3 tubs)- my life has improved. I can sleep.I’m not a coffee drinker so maybe this is the reason, I’m just not used to caffeine. I have tried half doses and still I get the wired feeling.
