Game Changer for My Knees and Wrists – So Comfy!
This yoga knee pad is amazing! It gives me the perfect amount of cushioning for my knees and wrists during yoga, planks, and floor exercises. The material is soft but supportive, and it doesn’t slip around on my mat. I love how lightweight and portable it is – I can take it anywhere. No more pain or pressure points! It’s a must-have if you want extra comfort and protection during your workouts. Totally worth it!

Great size and thickness
Great product. Thick and still easy to handle. I can move it easily if I want to do Pilates or yoga outside.

Good cushion without being mushy.
Makes knee work tolerable. I put it under my mat towel in hot yoga and it gives me good cushioning without feeling to plush and thick. My wife has a cushier pad and my knees bottom out on hers, but not on mine. Good quality.

Added cushioning helpful for sore wrists or knees
This little addition helps me to keep practicing even when my wrists are sore. I use it all the time if I know I’ll be doing a lot of vinyasas. I take it to every class now.

Easy on the Kneesies
Matches perfectly with my nonslip Iuga yoga mat and provides the perfect amount of cushion for modified planks and back bends. It’s not as wide as the mat, but it doesn’t need to be since I’m only using it for my knees. I love that it fits easily into my gym tote.

Wanted to love this but use differently
When using on top of even a textured yoga ma primarily for knee protection, this would move too much to be effective. I tried placing under my mat, but it lost its thickness. I now use it when kneeling in garden, but not made for that and so has to be washed and dried throughly and it too thin to use effectively. I just bought a cotton yoga blanket, that is nubby and that works perfectly

update: wonderful after removing oil
EDIT: The oil goes away! And once you get that off, the mat is great. I successfully use it in hot yoga and all weight bearing activities. Highly recommend. This may allowed me to slowly transition back into bearing weight on my wrists.ORIGINAL REVIEW:The yoga pad came with an oil on it from shipment and I haven’t been able to get it off. The oil makes it slippery. If you see the white specks in last photo, that is the shimmer off that oil coating. I’m fighting it from wanting to roll up (not a big deal but reviews for others on the market claim to not want to roll back up). I have wrist pain and the last thing I need is to slip while practicing and make it worse. The foam pad mats in my gym’s weightlifting room have better grip. This mat is more in line with the crappy mats sold at TJ Maxx. Probably fine for knees but it’s a hard ‘no’ imo if you want to use this for wrists at hot yoga. I’ll come back and update if my opinion of this mat changes. I’m hoping the oil will wear off with use and if not this will turn into a gardening mat.
